For years, Eva Fraser has been practicing her facial workout techniques on private clients with remarkable success. This book includes information on why the face ages, how skin works and what can be done about it, it also includes Eva Fraser's exercise plan.
time will tell if these excercises work. I wish they had real pictures of these expressions instead of drawings so that 1) you know they are actually possible(some are very difficult) and 2) so you can see what exactly it would look like. I'm disappointed there isn't an excercise specifically for crows feet which seems to be the first and earliest sign of aging in the face. instead it's only mentioned in a note on an excercise for a different purpose.
But this book is more than just facial excercises. And while the theory behind them is well explained, all the other advice in this book is not. There is general health tips, diet, body and hand excercises, product tips, etc. But beyond the facial excercises, the rest is accompanied by little to know explanation for how it works and sometimes not connected to aging at all.
I think some videos or articles on this subject would have been just as good as the book.
This is such a useful little book and I use it frequently. I've had it for years and it was passed on to me by somebody else. It contains lots of useful tips and not just for a facial workout. There are lots of useful exercises for the neck, eyes, hands and basic body movements. In addition, there's a section on neck and facial massage and circulation, a section about diet and also make-up tips. It was published over thirty years ago but the advice is as relevant then as it is now.
The title claims you can look fifteen years younger by doing the facial workout and perhaps I would do if I did the exercises as often as I should. And on that note, I better go and do them now.
