My name is Labria Harris . I didn’t ask for this life. The man a love is knee deep in it. I stood by Lordes but there is only so much I can deal with. He wants to be a Bregoli and there is nothing I can do to stop him. With that name comes rules that I don’t think I can live by. I want to fight for us but I can’t be the only one going into battle. This isn’t the life I dreamt of when I met the man I fall in love with.

Messed Up!
I don't like the turn of events,I just can't believe how much Lorde has changed. I am so pissed off at Lorde right now because he brought on this chain of event. I hope this is not another long wait.

Can we say NASTY!!!
I don't want to give anything away but I'm not sure I want to read the next book. The ending to this was just plain messy and taky on all accounts. That behavior is for kids not supposed adults. I was not impressed. 2 stars was really a stretch

I’m scared
I like everyone’s individual stories weaving together seamlessly.
I know the title says “Dark Mafia Romance” but I fear what’s to come. Not the blood, gore, death… Bria… She’s managed to be such a strong character with a dominating male and I fear I will have to watch her be ruined. Lord always gave me aint shit vibes and he keeps revealing them. He want to be awful. He loves the power. He loves it more than he loves Bria.
Unfortunately, I’m certain she’s pregnant. I’m certain he’ll either hold her hostage or force her into compliance while he marries an Italian woman. A woman that will no doubt let her know as often as she can that she is a second class citizen.
That is going to be hard to stomach. Watching a strong black woman character get stomped on. Murder, intrigue, betrayal those are easy in comparison.
I eagerly await the next book. Great Job.

My heart was racing throughout this book. I felt as though Labria was falling into an inescapable trap. While I trust Lordes love for her, I’m angered that he’s complicit with his family’s obligations especially at the price of Labria’s dignity .
While I understand the author’s intentions of having Lordes struggle with his new found sense of self, family and role I’m disappointed that he’s resorted to manipulation as his only way to keep Labria. At the same time, I’m so worried for Labria now that she’s hooked up with Zio.
I hope the next book allows Labria to maintain her power, identity and integrity. I’d be extremely disappointed if she was thrown under the bus.

I want to write so much but I don’t want to give any spoilers. Just know that I’m not sure if I like LaBris anymore. She’s a hot mess and has the nerve to be self righteous about it.
All that being said… I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT BOOK!!!! Because you know you have to be in love with a story for the characters to make you mad.

The way
I'm supposed to be in bed sleeping but know I'm up at 1 a.m. and have to go to work at 8a.m. because you this book is so amazing and now I have to wait for the next book. Lord is going to kill bria about his Zio and the Don knows Bria at the house. So good.

Boring
This book was all over the place I thought it was about Labria and Lordes, now it's got Nicco, and Zio it's a big mess, I didn't care for how Labria character is being very loose with her morals . I'll wait until the series is complete.

Yes, more please!!
Loving this series, I would never expected to be where we are when I started this series let alone Labria's story. Can't wait for the next one, let's go! If your looking for a predictable mafia romance, this series isn't for you.

Wow. Never could have predicted that cliffhanger. Labria really tried with Lordes. I still think it’s not what she suspected and he is not cheating on her but I’m glad she freed herself from that unfulfilling situation. Only time will tell if she continues to put herself first.
