Principalmente lo sentí relacionado al trabajo pero es cierto que puede haber niveles de Burnout incluso en la casa, en la familia o en el amor. Personalmente lo asocié 100% con el trabajo e intentaré implementar lo que aprendí del libro. Me gustó principalmente porque te da una guía paso a paso de cómo sobrevivir al síndrome del quemado y te motiva a seguir los pasos en orden.
3.5 really, it was well written and moved along fast. It included step-by-step how to beat burnout. This book is divided into 4 weeks but the book seemed like a huge healing process for Wrighton. However, the techniques may or may not solve your problems. He does encourage that you reach out for medical advice if need be.
For me I like to say five stars for works of fiction. This is a great book and a great starting point for many. I am constantly learning about my own work-life balance as an entrepreneur and business owner.
