MAX ABADDON AND THE LONG BOOK 6 OF THE MAX ABADDON SERIES While out solving everyone else’s problems and more than likely saving humanity, Max has forgotten about one thing…all the enemies he’s made along the way. Since traveling to the Plane and coming face to face with the Knights of the Old Gods, Max now finds himself in the crosshairs of a particularly nasty group of vampires. With vampire assassins and foul mouth unicorns causing Max more than a headache, a personal matter has also risen from the grave. Once again, Max, Petro, Phil, and his closest allies are tested. This time it’s personal, and the crew has to quickly find who is behind the death mark placed on Max. Between Max’s struggle to stay one step ahead of his new adversaries, and an emotional distraction, things are about to get bloody… ★★★★★ “Justin is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the UF market.” Hunter Blain-Okayest Selling Author of the Preternatural Chronicles. ★★★★★ “1 part Dresdin, 1 part Verus, and 3 parts Max. This is the sixth audiobook in the Max Abaddon series. While we still have arc series questions yet to be answered, each book brings fresh problems. Filled with snark, humor, and plenty of action, I love Max and his motley crew of companions.
Apparently, someone wants Max dead, and vampires are ready to make that happen. A foulmouthed unicorn gives Max an unpleasant experience. It is wrong that I laughed and cringed all at the same time?
The world Leslie has created with different plains, travel gates, and supernatural creatures alongside gods means the stories are never boring. Max finds his face plastered all over social media and he needs to find out who is behind this sooner rather than later. He’s being investigated, and the team goes into hiding.
Secrets are revealed, and questions will be asked. The action scenes were epic and kept me listening. The council and marshalls will be busy after this show…lol
The ending was brutal. I mean brutal. So many questions. I need answers. I got emotional and cannot find any information on the next book/audiobook. Hopefully, the author doesn’t leave me hanging. Ok, so it’s only been five months since this released… maybe I am overreacting, but seriously I need more of these characters.
Luke Daniels brought these characters to life. I am always amazed by the different voices he creates and how perfectly they enhance the characters’ personalities. I highly recommend listening. This review was originally posted at Caffeinated Reviewer
Justin!! What the actual effword! Well that escalated quickly. With out going into detail this book took a turn and seeing as there isn’t one after this I’m going to go back and re listen to the series and leave the dagger in my chest so as not to bleed out. I actually leaked water from my eyes when I listened to the last book but this one has me on life support.
