i found this book really interesting..there are lots of exercises to try which all help with spiritual development..I tried them all & will continue to practice them..unfortunately my copy, which I borrowed from the library, had a chapter missing as it had been removed by the previous reader - not very spiritual behaviour !!! this is a book that I know I will pick up & read again & I will definitely look out for other titles by this author..
