This book based on three ladies who were having only one similarity that they going to give birth. Alison - Bold and Brave, Lia - Soft and Sensitive, Ginger - Frank and Funny.

I had a very great four months reading this book.
This book will give you too much fun, love, pain, depressions. There is a lot for us to learn from this book, I usually like the book which gives some lesson for us as well as a good time. This has some practical option we should take in our life and we should give some chance for others, and we should keep everything in our mind when we deciding something that shouldn't have any effect on others.

At last, you will have some idea what to do in some situations in life.

It made a change reading a book set around the same time I had my children and picking up the little prejudices around in that time. I enjoyed it. An easy read.

I really enjoyed this book and couldn't put it down. This is the first Imogen Parker book i have read and it will not be the last.

The book starts off with Alison, Lia and Ginger all meeting at a ante-natal class when they are all heavly pregnant. It turns out that Alison and Lia's partner Neil were lovers 20 years before and Alison is very shocked that Neil walks into the ante-natal class so much so that she faints.

A number of events happen and Neil and Alison have a full blown affair and you think that both of them will leave there partners and set up home together. But towards the end of the book the affair is ended and Alison and her Husband Stephen move to New York.

Ginger is a single mum and is a very confident person and had a one night stand with Charlie. But Charlie then propose's to Ginger right at the end of the book and she finds out that she is pregnant agian.

All in all it was a great book and i really enjoyed it, am very much looking forward to her next book

This is a really good book but I read it a short while after watching the film that is based upon it. "Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" and because of that and the fact that the plot in the book is not the same as the plot in the film I think it spoiled it for me. Anyone who enjoyed the film will enjoy this book but go wo it fresh with no preconceptions based on film and you will enjoy it.

I really enjoyed this book, and found myself warming to the characters - wasn't sure how the love triangle (or whatever shape it was LOL) was going to sort itself out - but I was pleased with how the book ended!
