A lot of the recipes feature using heavily processed/prepackaged food in order to hit the 4 ingredient mark, which made it a hard pass for us and our food allergies.
Liked- simple ingredients, simple directions, well organized, one of the few cookbooks I've skimmed and actually already have enough ingredients to cook the dish
Disliked- some nice colorful pictures in parts of the book but not for each dish and not on the same page as the dish, only genuinely liked about 50% of the recipes
This book is full of fantastic, delicious, and super easy meals! Not only are all the recipes easy to make, but they are healthy too. Both diabetics and non-diabetics will absolutely love this book!
