I absolutely HATED the writing style. The constant play on words and jokes (that were NOT funny) just made me cringe the whole way through reading the book. Even the names of the recipes were ridiculous, e.g. ' The Anne Robin 'Sun' '

This book gives a basic introduction to juicing. It lists the benefits of many different fruits and vegetables. The jokes get to be a bit much after awhile, but it contains some good juicing recipes and a few smoothie recipes. A few of the recipes are for masticating juicers not centrifugal.
