É um livro útil, há passagens que podem e devem ser levadas em conta, mas não é bom - 3 estrelas já é bastante para ele.

O autor se confunde muito entre ser objetivo, ser professoral e ser leviano. Entendo, e isso está escrito em mais de uma parte do mesmo, que ele é um livro para "as pacientes e os profissionais", mas essa falta de coesão dificulta a leitura, fica arrastada e pouco objetiva.

Também é estranho ter tantas partes dedicadas a possíveis colaterais do Lipedema ao invés da própria condição, tirando o foco do que quem está lendo realmente precisa.

E por último, mas longe, de ser menos importante, médico não prescreve exercício. Me estranha ter o nome de apenas um médico como autor e não com algum profissional de Educação Física junto, pois são vários os exercícios indicados e demonstrados.
