This is a german book by a german author. I don't think it is available in english, but if it is, and if you are interested in wine, you might want to read it. It's a crime story about wine, set in Bordeaux and to a lesser exent in Frankfurt. The author is a wine expert, and it shows: the descriptions of the wines, the production and the landscapes around Bordeaux are excellent and they make up for the slight predictability of the story, which is otherwise thrilling and a fast and good read.

I enjoyed the book a lot and as soon as I have finished the other 25 unread books on my shelf, I will buy his second book as well.
