This essential guide to SST training provides loads of technical explanations and in-depth training plans. Experienced athletes and coaches will enjoy the unique exercise philosophy and well explained training plans and techniques. However, jargon and complicated training menus mean beginners and casual enthusiasts best look elsewhere.
