this book was filled with beautiful photography of a beautiful home. i absolutely love the changing seasons, and the holidays that come along with each of them, and this book definitely had me excited for the upcoming year.

it wasn't so much full of "how-to" types of crafts, or recipes or anything. just simple suggestions for ways to decorate entryways, mantels, tables, headboards, etc. i just wish it had focused a little more on Valentine's Day. I think Valentine's Day is such a beautiful holiday for decorating, and there was only one photo devoted to the day.

One of my favorite books. I used this book as a blueprint for much of the renovation in my 100 year old farmhouse. I just wish they had a book that dealt with the process of renovating this beautiful house!
