Book written by Howard Ferguson, the head wrestling coach at St. Edward High School in lakewood, Ohio. In the 12 years he has been at St. Edward, his wrestling teams have won 11 consecutive sectional titles, ten district titles, nine class AAA state championships in a row and have set numerous national records including winning 70 consecutive tournaments. Several years back, Howard Ferguson began collecting messages from successful people, explaining achievements. whenever he would get a new message, he would share it with his wrestlers as a means of motivation. He gathered so many messages, the idea of a book was born. This is what the book is all about!
