This is an information packed book about creating effective change in 70 days. It has a lot of projects and tasks that must be completed in order for do this. I started working on the project, but found it extremely complicated to organize. The author really tries to explain it in detail, and perhaps a better editor would've been beneficial.
I noticed a big difference in the amount of things I could accomplish in only one week of working the program. It helped me so much, I decided to become a consultant for her membership program. You wont regret investing the time to work the program because you will get back so much more.
This book is packed so full of information that it not one to read through quickly. Every time I read a section, I wanted to try out part of the suggestions. I did not use everything in the book because some of the suggestions seemed too time consuming as a whole.
Once again, I could not get through all the projects in this book! Chalk it up to moving to another state. Maybe I'll try again someday, but for now, I am moving on!
