I've read this book twice in my life, once when i was fourteen and now that I'm 29, at first I saw it as nothing less than a joke today I find. Some powerful lessons in the books that i can use. Still a lot of bad sections but overall an important read, would recommend meditation with it.

I admire Cheng Man-Ch'ing but I found this book far too esoteric to learn from.

Originally bought this book looking for a translation of the TTC from a martial artist. I had read the TTC many times prior. This book was instrumental in my taking up Taiji.

Quite a good translation of this text and a very interesting commentary.
