An interesting part of the history of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan during the post-1986 years. Moreover, it was a pivotal episode in the service and life of Fr. Ben Nebres SJ. This book set us to provide the history of the situation and how things developed in trying to find a win-win solution for the University's needs and the needs of the informal settlers. Details are hidden within the book without becoming a distraction to the overall narrative but it does impress upon the reader the underlying tension and pressure to get it right for the whole community.
