Another cozy mystery series from Guideposts. This story had just a hint of mystery and actually left the mystery hanging at the very end to be continued in the next book. Although I had no trouble following the storyline, I suspect this is a series that needs to be read in order to best appreciate it. The thing I loved most about this story was the strong friendship and support among the 4 ladies of Marble Cove Maine. A small friendly town, these 4 ladies of different ages and stages, even though each facing a problem of their own, still managed to help one another with the difficulties the others were facing. As each problem got solved, the 4 of them realized that a little miracle had taken place.

Diane finds out that she has to write a sample of two more books before she can get the publisher to agree to publish her book. Margaret finds a way that could make more money for her gallery but she has several details to work out. Beverly works on websites for her friends. Shelly after baking, planning and getting a website finally goes to find out any rules her town has. She finds that she won’t be able to have the business out of her home Since Dan is still not working much they are afraid they will have to move. The 4 friends find out about a man who is interested in the old lighthouse and set out to find him. -

One of the best written book of the series yet. I love Dan Walsh's original books and I hope he writes more for this series.

#5 in a series. What is so interesting about this series is that each one is a continuation of the preceeding but written by different authors. I think each book in the series can be read as a stand-alone. A little mystery, intrique, and interesting characters set in a beach town. The four main characters are of different ages, so that makes it fun too. I enjoy this chick lit read - perfect for winter, summer... all the seasons.

I have read prior Mysteries of Marble Cove, and the story continues on with this one! Dan does a great job with all the characters never dropping a thing for continuity ! The added bonus the mysterious tall, dark and handsome man that is on the same search as the ladies. With a surprise ending. Delightful

I found this series of book at Goodwill and bought all they had. Unfortunately I am missing the first four and will be looking for them. I enjoyed the characters and getting to know about them and their faith in God. I really like the idea of them about my age and doing things us baby-boomers do. I do love reading all sorts of books, but for and easy Christian enjoyable read these are great.

My favorite in the series so far. I really appreciated the writing of this author (which happened to be the first male writer in the series). I definitely think it did not hinder him!
