This book was a thrill to write and served as an effective form of self-therapy as well. While I realize I'm a horrible hypocrite for telling others to do things I haven't managed to get right yet, I fully appreciate the value of the information I'm sharing and I hope others derive some benefit out of it as well!

A timeless and motivational book which should be in everyone’s library. It can be read in one sitting or one small chapter at a time.
