Hadley's book is quite straightforward and useful for the working hypnotherapist. It looks at quite a wide variety of practice areas and provides useful tools for each of them. Books on hypnosis are for the most part well written; which comes with the territory of using language carefully for healing. Worthwhile.

This is a great book, a handbook, for those who are looking to practically advance in Hypnotherapy. However, I will add a little caveat. I am at the moment right at the beginning of that course and I have to say I felt it would be in many ways much more useful later on. It is very practically focused.

Loved it! So helpful for understanding people and myself psychologically. Would recommend it to anyone who is interested in making life changes or anyone who needs to be re-assured that they do have the power to change anything in their life.

Didn't finish and have not used for reference material. I either love my reference books or I am lukewarm to them. This book has lots of technical information for those who want to know why hypnosis works.

This book has been my "go to" during my course. It has a lot of information in it with specifics and it's been helpful in providing detailed information for my assignments. I would definitely recommend this for anyone beginning to study Hypnotherapy.

Written by the late, wonderful, compassionate, loving and amazing teacher of Hypnotherapy in Palo Alto. Excellent easy to follow hypnosis scripts. Josie was a master.
