Pretty good book. I like how the author kept me guessing what was going to happen. I was confused and upset at first bc it seemed like things changed abruptly but the more I read the deeper i was pulled in. Grammar was great no errors which is always a plus. This book is definitely a page turner. Can't wait to see what happens next!
I did not like this book. There were lots of grammatical errors but besides all of that it just seemed like the author just put in miscellaneous words to take up space. A lot of the words didn't even mean what the author was attempting to convey. The book was utter trash and I will never read another book from this author.
The Union is the latest novel from Tremayne Johnson and those familiar with his writing know he gives a well detailed story with enough action and suspense that keeps you engrossed.
The Union tells the story of Mox Daniels who had to grow up quick especially after the gruesome murder of his parents. Not ever forgetting that fatal day he makes the promise to find out who did it and why.
Mox meets the street smart and attractive Priscilla and the two instantly hit it off. Still focused on vengeance, Mox teams up with his cousin Cleo and The Union is formed and within this organization money is indeed power and reigns supreme.
I truly enjoyed this book. Again just like his sophomore effort, King I can clearly see Tremayne's writing growth and talent. I didn't want this book to end, it was so vivid that kept me turning the pages eagerly anticipating what was going to happen next.
So refreshing to read an urban fiction novel that wasn't predictable. Tremayne did a fine job with The Union, it was realistic with a properly executed plot as well precise character development.
I've been a fan since A Drug Dealer's Dream and like always I'm eagerly awaiting the next book!
" The Union" by Tremayne Johnson is the story of Mox Daniels. After seeing his parents murdered in cold blood, he vows to find their killer, no matter what the cost.Meeting the beautiful and business savvy Priscilla, Mox's life changes seemingly overnight. Along with his cousin Cleo, The Union is formed and the world is theirs for the taking...or is it?
" The Union" will have you on the edge of your seat. I read it in a few hours. The twists and turns in this book will leave you breathless. Just when you think you have it figured out, Tremayne throws in another surprise. I loved the back story of Cleo and Mox's childhood and how it started at that point in their lives and worked it's way up. Can't wait to see what part 2 has in store! 5 stars!
I was excited to read this book because I absolutely loved "king" by Tremayne and all of the reviews were 5 star. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the book as much as I had hoped. The storyline never fully grabbed my attention and "the union" didn't appeal to me. I felt that the revenge that Mox was seeking took too long to come in to play. I also never really related to the characters but I did have a soft spot for Priscilla and I wish their relationship would have been expanded upon more. Despite the fact that I didn't enjoy this particular book I will continue to support the author in his future work
I really enjoyed this book. It kept me on my toes wondering who did what and when. I love the relationship between Pricilla and Mox. I so rooted for them. From the start I never like Cleo so I was right about him. This is an excellent read so if you havent already copped and read yours than you are so missing out on a great read.
Wow! You ever read a book that keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what's going to happen, who did what, where is this person or that?! I just finished reading this book and all I could say was wow. I sure wish there was a second book out already. I was yelling at the end of the book. LOL. Very well done.
Loved this book. Tremayne did a good job, got a little side tracked for me at some points but came back together for an overall 4.5 stars. Loved Mox and Priscilla, didn't like the fact that the family secret kept Mox going but was right under his nose. I felt something was real fishy with Cleo but the trust was a good one. Looking forward to part 2.
This book pulled me in and wouldn't let me go, even at the end. There was drama, action, and love; and it was beautifully written. If you want a great read, grab this book. If you want to be pulled into a story, grab this book. If you are looking for boring, look elsewhere, because this book is far from that!
This was a banging book. So glad I read this one. Mox became a beast the older he got. Cleo was no good. The Union was a force to reckon with. Can't wait to read the next one. Great book Tremayne Johnson.
oh my it is some crazy stuff going down in this book mock was a plum fool I can't take it I love this story I can't wait to see what happens in part 2 who lives and who dies 5 stars all the way
For the most part, this was a great read. it caught my attention and held on to it. My only issue is with the way that it ended. Either I didn't download the entire book, or the author left us with a very steep cliffhanger...

I really enjoyed this and I didn't think that I would. I felt like I was missing out on what was really happening though. Like I came in on book two or something.
