very hard to use as a "help" book, is has a few basic ideas but is more about style that actually remodeling.

::a-okay emoji:: This was my favorite and I need to check it out again as soon as we move in. Lots of before and afters. Lots of practical advice (what things actually increase the value of a home vs. decrease vs. do nothing but cost a lot - you may be surprised! That kind of thing). Good general advice for every part of a home and nice pictures. Two work-gloved thumbs up.
