This book gives a good guide to anyone who wants to know what leadership should be like. It is stretched out well and organized in sections and topics so that no matter what you go through, you'll be able to find the topic easily and get some wisdom on said subject. It is a book that can relieve anxiety and worry and challenges the reader to think in a personal sense and relate what they read to their specific situation.
