The Girl Who Had Everything: The Story of "The Fire and Ice Girl"

Rate this book
This is not just a story of glitter and romance but the story of a woman struggling with her son's drug addiction and her own grief when he commits suicide; with the threat of business failure and rejection by her former friends and associates. This is the story of the person underneath the beautiful facade who ultimately triumphs when she finds conversion and true liberation in Christ.

Interesting memoir by a famous model on whom (according to her) Capote based the character of Holly Golightly.

I read this book years ago, and I still remember it. Dorian Leigh had a lot of self-esteem, but little commonsense. What would her life be like if she was born today?
