I absolutely love this workout program. Book and DVD covers 4 15-minute workouts that get my heart pumping and work my muscles. If you are short on time, this is the perfect way to get a little exercise. I do one 15-minute segment each morning. You do need some kind of ball and small weights to really get the full experience. "Only fifteen minutes?" you might ask. Hey- it's better than nothing! Purchased from Amazon.com.
