So many aha moments, but my favorites are: - Love is an emotion, but the pursuit of love is very logical. You need skill and talent, practice, and to put yourself in the best position to succeed. - You can never have 100 percent certainty. There’s always going to be a leap of faith.
There was a lot of helpful, scientifically backed, information in this one! The author is one of the founders of Tinder, has a lot of background in matchmaking (he and his wife ran an agency), and he's been married for 20-something years! I also liked that rather than giving strategies for places to find people, etc., he concentrated more on making sure that the reader is ready and able to recognize qualities that make for a good partner, and what to look out for in terms of people who still have more growth to do. Highly recommend!

Find Love by Brunson is an easy, enjoyable read that taps into something universal: the search for love. I especially liked the fresh perspective on arranged marriages. It made me wonder if maybe our families and friends would do a better job choosing our partners than we do ourselves. A fun, thought-provoking take on how we find connection.
A must-read for everyone looking for love. Every chapter is on point with scientific evidence to back it up. This book dissects dating, trauma, attachment styles, values, needs vs. wants, etc. This book is so good that it should be a university class. Love this book.

Interesting to see how the “professionals” think about it and how you can apply a framework to basically anything in the world. The most unique thing he mentioned was to see dating apps as meeting apps, which I don’t think I’ve heard before, but I don’t hate the sentiment.
