whoaaa, gak kerasa melahap buku ini juga. yah emang gak ada niatan dan gak terlintas sedikitpun dalam hati buat ngabisin, tapi apadaya materi mid-test ada disitu semua -____-

I'm currently reading this book for my international business class...it's full of information...that's why I gave it 2 stars...but it's full of information that I really don't care about...can't wait til sunday when this class is over!!

A surprising number of typos for a 12th edition...I found several in every chapter, as well as various formatting errors. This book was full of buzzwords and trendiness, without a lot of substance.
