Where's the line between love and hate?
Bellamy
I don't know how we ended up as rivals, but I couldn't have asked for a better nemesis than Noel. It's fun throwing insults and watching him lose his shit in public. He's cute when he's angry.

The world thinks he's a grumpy bad boy, but I'm not sold. The more I get to know him, the more I'm convinced there's a squishy marshmallow center underneath his hard shell.

Noel
Golden boy Bellamy drives me up the freaking wall. All I want to do is wipe that smug, arrogant grin off his face--not necessarily with my hand.

I hate him, but the truth is I can't keep my hands off him. Our rivalry has always been explosive, and it turns out, so are we.

Bellamy is an enemies-to-lovers, grumpy/sunshine, opposites attract MM romance between two camboys, each vying for the top spot. Expect secret hotel rendezvous, hate f*cking, and oiled-up wrestling. It is the second book in The Camboy Network series and can be read as a stand-alone.

A PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS BOOK WAS PUBLISHED AS NOEL & BELLAMY FALL IN LOVE BY HB LIN. THE BASIC PREMISE OF THE STORY REMAINS THE SAME, THOUGH SOME MAJOR PLOT POINTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED. AN ADDITIONAL 20,000 WORDS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THIS NEW VERSION.

Book safety, content warnings, and tropes & tags down below.

He’s so damn grumpy I have to bite my lip to keep from laughing out loud.

Well, that’s how you write an enemies-to-lovers book, folks. I was so impressed after reading Sebastian (loved it a silly amount), and that, combined with enemies-to-lovers not being my favorite trope, meant that I didn’t really expect to love it as much, buuut I did. Noel and Bell’s passionate hate and love worked so well. Their chemistry was off the charts, and I felt like the evolution of their relationship was believable.

Noel’s got black leather cuffs on both wrists, heavy black boots on his feet, and the tightest pair of leather pants I’ve ever set my eyes on. The outline of his dick is so prominent, he could use the damn thing as a printing press.

Noel is pretty much an arrogant prick, unapologetically so, and yet I still enjoyed his character without getting annoyed, which is super impressive, lol. He has a massive ego, is quite cocky, and the definition of grumpy, but has a marshmallow center that only Bellamy can access. We don’t learn a lot about Noel and why he is the way he his, but I could imagine his parents being quite absent. I guess that makes it more endearing how his love language is taking care of Bellamy (when he’s not busy insulting him. Lovingly of course. Eventually.)

He wants me even when he doesn’t want to want me, and that’s making him all the more frenzied.

Bellamy is very much sunshine in a person, but has no problem going toe to toe with Noel in every way, which is probably why they work so well together. Sure, they exchange barbs and insults, but they’re pretty much equals in everything, while also being complete opposites.

Dipshit. Making me wait this long. I grab the front of his shirt and haul him inside. He’s laughing when my lips land on his.

I also think Linden Bell is my new favorite author when it comes to writing spice. Most sex scenes just blend together after a while when you read as much as I do, but I still remember scenes from Sebastian (fondly, lol), and there’s definitely a couple of scenes in Bellamy that I won’t forget anytime soon, either. I’m thoroughly impressed by how the author manages to show so much intimacy and romance through (really hot) smut, but they pull it off every time. Even while the characters are hate-boinking. It’s so refreshing.

The fact that he curses at me while trying to figure out why I’m crying is so quintessentially Noel that I laugh out loud.

I would definitely recommend this book. It’s 😗👌 chefs kiss

Super mega hot—rivals to lovers—absolutely loved it! They were both so cute, and the push and pull was spot on. While i found the videos they film for the fans hot, the fact that there were other people in the room filming it took away the intimacy that there was, for example, in the first book with Sebastian and Christian. But in the scenes where it's just them... WOW hands on boys, FUCKING HOT!

We have more drama in this one with Bell's family, but this allowed us to see Noel's caring and protective side, which is super adorable.

I still find it a bit insta love and unrealistic, but I loved it anyway. I got what I was looking for :)

This has to be the actual dumbest reason I've Dnf'ed a book but here we are.

One of the guys has a piercing on (in?) his taint which is called a guiche. And I can't stop reading it as "quiche" and laughing so hard I start crying 🤣 And it's not at all sexy because I start thinking about food and I'm laughing 😂

The book isn't bad, and I've learned about a new piercing but I just can't

I really loved this one! I fell for Bellamy and his sunshine personality instantly. On the other hand, finding my way to love Noel was more of a slow burn thing, but in the end he really won me over. This boy has a heart of gold, and he just needed more time to make it shine. Bellamy and Noel were literally ON FIRE!! This is exactly the level of spice I need when it comes to a camboys book! Melting panties, the whole nine yards! They were hot and so sweet together. Couldn’t recommend this one enough!

I think I actually liked this one better than the first, which, ok… not terribly surprising. It’s enemies to lovers and I can’t resist that trope for anything. This was a deliciously spicy grumpy/sunshine rivals romance and I kinda loved it.

This is the second book in the Camboy Network series where we get to read about Noel and his hate towards Bellamy, another camboy and his rival in the industry.
I was looking forward to reading about Noel because I wanted to know where his hatred came from. To be honest, I found his reasons were very petty as Noel just wanted to be the best in everything he did. Bellamy winning the award made Noel despise the man and I thought that was a weak reason for such an animosity.
Bellamy was such a beautiful soul, with a lovely heart. He was the sunshine that blinded Noel, being the latter such a grumpy man Bellamy was certainly what Noel needed in his life. They complemented each other so well and I enjoyed reading about how they got to know each other as their feelings kept growing. Even though Bellamy's family situation was difficult, the plot was low angst and once Noel accepted his feelings he went straight away to help Bellamy in everything he could.
The story got so much better once they both got together and that hate turned into a big attraction. I guess it was that all along and Noel was denying himself the truth. I loved how their relationship evolved, although sometimes it was hard for me to feel the chemistry between them. The video they filmed together was my favourite part because it was then when it was easy to feel their love.
Overall, it was a lovely story and I can't wait to read the stories of the other guys in the group.

We couldn’t be less alike, and yet… and yet, I need him. He’s the balm to my rage. He eases the ache in my chest. I can’t breathe without him. My heart lurches and falters when he’s not around. I don’t know when or how it happened, but Bellamy is as pivotal to my existence now as food and water and oxygen.

It was so adorable even though I had problems with it 🥺

When he lifts his gaze, it collides with mine through the window’s reflection. A rightness settles in the deepest part of me, in my heart, in my soul. Me and Noel. Noel and Me. We were always meant to be in each other’s lives. We were always meant to end up here.

This was the smutty, delightful, grumpy/sunshine, enemies-to-lovers book of my dreams. I really enjoyed this. Our MCs are Noel - broody, bitchy bad boy, and Bellamy - wholesome all-American beefcake. These two are arch-rival camboys for no good reason. Noel hates Bellamy on principle for winning an award he wanted and just runs with it, he's kind of a dick that way. But being in the same industry, these two often orbit each other and their insane chemistry forces them into a smoking hot secret affair. I loved all of it. Noel's rudeness, Bellamy's amusement, them slowly unravelling around each other. Also, the smut was top-tier. Really vibing with this series so far.

Bellamy and Noel are both camboys. Their debut year, they were both up for best new performer and Bellamy won. Noel got bitter about comparisons to the golden boy and losing pushed him over the edge. He was always a grumpy guy and hostile, but ever since then their rivalry and animosity for each other have been a big deal, people have speculated over it and their fans have taken sides. It's built up over 5 years.

They've never really interacted in person during that time. They just take swipes at each other in the media. We don't really get Bellamy's perspective until the present, but we do see Noel has been attracted to Bellamy since the beginning. When they meet in person and the tension between them snaps. They hookup. Then they part ways because it was just a casual hookup and time passes. And then they meet up again and they start a thing hooking up whenever they can. They both catch feelings.

Noel comes from a rich family, he's doing porn to piss off his family. Bellamy comes from a poor family and his dad as a permanent health condition. Bellamy has then the main provider for his family for a lot of years. Eventually they decide to do a collaboration because with their enemies dynamic they would make a lot of money. Feelings develop. Will their fanbases feel lied to that they aren't quite enemies anymore?

This was really quite good. I'm not a huge fan of sex worker stories but I am a huge fan of enemies to lovers and grumpy/sunshine, and this book did those tropes alot of justice! Noel was a growly grump throughout, consistently and it was perfect for his personality. There was one moment early on when their rivalry started where I was just like, this guy's immature but that was just one moment and he was very likeable for the rest of the book. He was so caught up in feelings for Bellamy. Bellamy was always this sunshine drawing his attention in. Bellamy was a good guy too, he always put his family first. He loved to antagonize and pull reactions out of Noel.

The smut was really good and passionate. And the feelings were well developed, they weren't rushed. They were believable.

Just to give context because I know some people have triggers and will be wondering... There isn't any references to sex with others after these guys hook up. I'm sure they do have sex with others because it's their jobs and collabs are normal, but if in your headcanon they don't, there is nothing on page saying otherwise. They also don't have a conversation at the end about exclusivity, but they do move in together and they do collaborate together. I'm actually not 100% sure if it's a happy for now or happily ever after ending but the future does flash forward a fair bit!

Some notable moments:

"Even now, seeing him sprawled out on the floor, long limbs splayed haphazardly, utterly undignified, I have this unfathomable urge to crawl over and… I don’t know. Touch him or something. Lick him. Grab him and shake him and… Jesus Christ, what the hell is wrong with me?"

"Suddenly, he’s through the door, crashing into me, shoving me up against the wall. His mouth slams into mine so hard we could both end up bleeding. His teeth close over my bottom lip and he bites into it, tugging at it like he’s going to rip right through the flesh, and Jesus Christ, my cock must have a fucked-up sense of what’s hot because it’s raging at the pain and fear coursing through me at Noel’s attack."

"The pillow under my face is drenched when Bellamy finally moves. Tiny little rolls of his hips that wreck me with their intimacy. This isn’t fucking. This is barely sex. This goes deeper, demands more, penetrates to the core of a person. It’s unvarnished and bare. It’s potent and powerful."

"“And take care of Bell, too?” she says this part quietly, as if I won’t be able to hear her from two feet away. Noel nods, expression solemn like he’s making some kind of vow. “I’ll take care of him. You don’t have to worry about that.” I can’t help but roll my eyes. “Hello, I’m standing right here. I know how to take care of myself.” Mom pulls me into her arms. “Yes, I know, dear. But Noel’s better at it than you are.”"

*FYI about steam: I rate steam based on a combination of quality & quantity. I note kink separate from steam because I don't want to underrate steamy reads that don't have much kink.

**Note about spoilers: I like to comment on the plot of a book in reviews, so I almost always mark my reviews as containing spoilers. But I try to avoid spoiling the big dramatic moments! As a reader, I personally like to know what I'm getting into before I read a book so I know more about the content and if it's to my taste/mood, so I try to give that information in my reviews for myself when I'm considering rereading and also for other readers.

I am loving Linden Bell's books so much, and Bellamy was no exception! A low angst rivals to lovers full of sweetness and spice, this was a camboy book and I love me some camboy fiction!! Noah and Bellamy were hilarious together, combination of grumpiness and sass leads to so much spicy tension between these two and it was delicious. The cameo from Sebastian and Christian from the previous book was amazing to see, I forgot how amazing they are together! This was very fast paced and snapped my attention up so quickly! I loved the banter and sweetness so much and I cannot wait for more from this author!

Very good enemy to lovers story.
Noel and Bellamy are (apparently) complete opposites: Noel is grumpy, brooding, closed off and, before Bellamy, he only opened up a little with his friend Sebastian; Bellamy, on the contrary, is a ray of sunshine, always smiling and charming.

In reality, though, Noel's got a gold heart while Bellamy is drowing in financial problems and worries about his father's health.
Their rivalry starts when Bellamy wins a prize for his performance and Noel is very envious about that: from that moment, everyone in the porn industry not only will take advantage of their antagonism but also will try to inflame it to their own benefit (like the underwear photoshoot, when they are tricked into working together).

All the tension between them explodes when they hookup for the first time: their encounter is intense, full of anger and resentment but also attraction and they cannot deny that their connection is very strong . That night will leave them physically satisfied but also yearning for more.
They meet again during the following months and it becomes clear that there's a lot more than just sexual attraction between them.

The second part of the book is my favourite: Noel is completely in love and his caring and protective side comes out; Bellamy is exhausted and he finally lets Noel cherish him.
It was so beautiful seeing them surrendering to their love.
"He's the balm to my rage. He eases the ache in my chest. I can't breathe without him. My heart lurches and falters when he's not around."

The sex scenes are obviously very very hot and I'm jus going to quote Christian (my favourite MC!):
"Jesus Christ," someone whispers.
"I know, right? I should've thought of this ages ago."
"They're hotter than we are."
"Hey now, let's not get carried away."
Sebastian and Christian murmur softly in the background as Bellamy and I catch our breaths.

What prevented me from giving 5 full stars:
I wish we had more sweet and romantic moments between them.

Can't wait for Rhys story next.

Definitely recommended.

I received an ARC from the author and this is my honest review.

Bellamy is book two in the Camboy Network series, and SPOILER ALERT: I LOVED IT! We get broody, grumpy, bad boy Noel  & smiley, golden retriever, sunshine Bellamy. They're "rivals" - and it's entertaining AF.

From the get-go, Bellamy irritates Noel. Like, who is that happy all the time? No one. And Noel hates it in all his scowling fury. Bellamy's reaction, most of the time, is to just laugh it off or SMIRK which only infuriates Noel more. Bellamy knows there's more under the scowls and snark that Noel's whole bad boy schtict is just that, an act.

Eventually, their tension and chemistry is just too much, and it boils over. It isn't hate f*cking. There's way too many feelings involved. And there are BIG BIG FEELINGS.

As Bellamy and Noel get to know each other, secrets are revealed, and the plot starts plotting.

If you like spice in your romance, this is IT. Every spicy scene was 🥵🌶👀🔥 - the chemistry is just that undeniable. At a certain point, neither mc wants to deny it anymore.

If you're looking for a spicy love story with cam boys, oblivious dummies, surprised feelings, found family and actual family, developing feelings for "your rival", entertaining ridiculousness like oil wrestling and treadmill races... this may be the book for you.

I honestly LOVED this book and absolutely recommend it. Especially if you love s e x workers books or bad at feelings dummies who fall in love.  BELLAMY is available to read now!

While I didn't love this one quite as much as the first book in the series (Sebastian), it was still really good and I'm looking forward to book three (Angel) eagerly (because who DOESN'T love a bi-awakening romance between a burly cinnamon roll construction worker and a flamboyant pole-dancing twink?!)

Aaaaanyway. Bellamy and Noel are enemies from basically moment one - or at least Noel considers Bellamy to be his enemy, even if Bellamy is fairly indifferent about Noel, at least at first. (Also, how is Noel's name pronounced? Is it no-ell, like the Christmas characters? Noll like a grassy knoll? Something else? I think I was mostly reading it as one syllable in my head.) Their rivalry becomes this epic thing in their industry that the press (and each of their sponsors) love to play up for views/subscriptions/whatever their method of currency is. I love the tension and spark between Noel and Bell, whether they're bickering, physically wrestling the other into submission (*fans self*), actually (*gasp!*) getting along, or making love... So, SO hot.

This is the second book in The Camboy Network series, and can be read as a standalone.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are unbiased and my own.

He can barely stand me and he’s not my favorite person either. Despite all that, there’s a magnetism between us we can’t ignore. It’s impossible to resist.
ARC Review~

Noel & Bellamy are so hot!! This is a classic rivals to lovers romance stemming from jealousy. Bellamy is having his moment in the spotlight and Noel cannot stand it. For years they are hardly in the same room as each other but they keep up a steady stream of trash talk until finally it all reaches a boiling point.

I loved this! Super fun and fast paced, their rivalry was great and they kept that competitive edge with each other throughout the book. The scene at the photoshoot was scorching and then it got even hotter when they finally collaborated. Hello flip fucking and felching 👌🏻

We got to see a lot of Bellamy’s family and his more vulnerable side and watching Noel enter caretaker mode was such a treat.

It was clear that Noel had issues with self worth and needed external validation and I wish we had gotten deeper into that but aside from that this was perfect!

He’s a goddamn invasive species, infiltrating my life and my mind, suffocating everything else until all I can think about—all I can obsess about—is Bellamy, Bellamy, Bellamy.

Noel has been beefing with another camboy for the last five years thanks to his fragile male ego and a whole lot of jealousy.

Not that Bellamy hasn’t given just as good as he’s gotten. He loves to add fuel to the fire of their intense rivalry just to watch Noel squirm.

There’s a thin line between love and hate though, and when the tension finally snapped between Noel and Bellamy… Well, let’s just say it was explosive. Their chemistry was insane, and all of their stolen moments together were 🔥🥵

I did love seeing the softer side that Bellamy brought out in Noel though. It was sweet seeing Mr. Grumpy Pants turn into an absolute marshmallow for his man, and I loved how he showed up Bell and his family when he needed him the most.

After having thoroughly enjoyed Sebastian by this same author, I had to move on to Bellamy. And holy hell, am I glad I did. This book was 🥵🥵🥵🥵. The enemies to lovers trope is done amazingly well and you do not need to wait for the spice at all.

Bellamy and Noel have been rivals on the camming world for a while. However, their draw to each other is magnetic. That’s all I’m gonna say.

My one criticism of the book is that it felt like we jumped ahead in the story too much. We’d have a hot as hell scene and then it would be a few weeks later. We don’t see the aftermath.

It’s still a 4 star read for me. I can’t wait for the next one!

standalone | 2nd book in The Camboy Network series | MM | camboy x camboy | rivals | enemies to lovers | grumpy x sunshine | found family | pierced nip & 🍑| long distance | secret relationship | HEA📷

An Edgy bad boy and his sunshine-y golden boy rival made this story SCORCH. Holy hell was this hot. Noel and Bellamy are polar opposites in every way - dark and light, grumpy and sunshine, silver spoon wealth and blue collar upbringing - and I couldn't have loved them more. Noel fights SO hard to keep Bellamy out, but the sunshine doesn't stay out for long and when Noel gives up and gives in...my god what a beautiful read! The banter, spice, and found family vibes - cameo from Sebastian & Christian very appreciated - were epic and in such perfect balance. The expectations and weight on Bellamy's shoulders to produce were heartbreaking and sometimes I wanted to shake his family to say HE HAS DREAMS, TOO! But I didn't need to because Noel had his man's back and truly supported him through everything. I can't say enough great things about their dynamic and Linden's writing style, so I'll just leave it at READ THIS BOOK!!

A surprise and delight!

I waited a little bit to read this one because from the other books I wasn’t sure I was going to like Noel from the vibe he had in the other books but boy was I wrong! Noel and Bellamy are so good together and I love how they bring out different sides to each other! After the initial “I hate you” they were actually very tender and wholesome.

Linden does it again and this is another 5 star read for me! I cannot wait to read the other series she has!

Bellamy and Noel were enemies to lovers and Noel’s reasoning for hating Bellamy… way to start a feud! Bellamy has no idea why Noel hates him, but his hate has helped fuel his career as fans love their animosity and grumpy/sunshine attitudes. When that hate finally comes to a boil, Bellamy gives Noel an opportunity to get out his aggression. Can two enemies hate each other until it turns to love?

Reasons I Recommend:

1) Love this group of friends and Noel’s absolute grumpy personality

2) Bellamy trying to help his family and doing what he can to stay on top and

3) Seeing the grump’s sweet side and what he will do when it comes to love.

PS— very spicy!
