I think this book wins my "Best book to read while otherwise occupied in the Bathroom" Award.
There are some geniuinely entertaining thoughts- like the one entitled "Karma"- shows a spicture of Hitler on one side and a picture of Mother Theresa on the other. Below Adolf is a big red arrow pointing down, and Mother T has one pointing up.
As a former pediatric Urology nurse, I liked that the dance steps for "The Pee-Pee Dance" were given.
