A big book with over 600 recipes 400 pages, this is another great book packed with classic recipes and essential information I love the afternoon tea section, oh and the cocktail section even all the mini classic bites in the cocktail section is great for entertaining. Everything from breakfasts to dessert with all the basics and classics covered. Nothing overly complicated all easy recipes that are a great starting point in the kitchen

Excellent photographs!!! Everything looks so good! I'd love to try the Sticky Pineapple Cake & Rich Chocolate Cake.

I am a new cook and this book is indispensible to me, as it covers the basics of making really good food. The pictures and the recipes are absolutely beautiful and, overall, it's just divine. Without doubt my favourite cookbook.

Interesting, handsome cookbook, presenting fusion-style recipes that seem accessible and easy to prepare. Beautiful photographs of every dish make this a good browsing cookbook. The food stylings are fresh and up-to-date, with a focus on lightness and bright, Asian accents

I adore this book. Simply perfect. Very natural and healthy cooking, evocative photographs, riches ingredients. All you need to know to prompt into kitchen and success.
