I am 14, and my teacher is reading this book to us in the classroom, and over Zoom. I have been learning welsh since I began reception and go to a welsh school, and yet there are some welsh slang sentences that I don't understand. Definitely for fluent welsh - speakers. The story is about a teenage boy who moves to a new school in a new part of Wales, where everyone speaks differently that what he is used to. It is a diary following what steps he takes to try and fit in... Not all of them good. Quite slow moving, but since that is the nature of the book, it flows amazingly, and you hardly notice you've been reading for hours until you reach the end of the book!!
