Rate this book
Juvenile fiction with sustained action and an exciting mystery plot so skillfully written it will appeal equally to guys and girls. Sibling sleuths, Arthur and Kristin Davis come face-to-face with the "big time" when Madame Dragonfly hires them to give her information on the Autumn Rose, which they believe is just a nearby horse farm. But it isn't, and they aren't the only ones who know what the real Autumn Rose is.

If you like a good Cristian mystery series then this is a book you would love. Kristin and Arthur Davis are the main characters in this book. When a mysterious woman calling herself Madam Dragonfly asks them to take a case, they agree. Taking the case, though proved to get them up to their necks in a real case of international mystery. I like this story because you feel as if you're actually there. I love the way the author describes things. I loved this book and I hope you like it as much as I did.

Well, I've read this again, as part of my nostalgic, childhood, to–read booklist. I have to say my rating of 4 stars is still the same.

This book is actually quite interesting. Although it isn't a completely suspenseful, biting–your–nails–type of book, it would be reasonably suspenseful for middle schoolers, which I believe was the target age for this book.

It starts with siblings Arthur and Kirsten, who are detectives. They are tasked with finding the "Autumn Rose," a rare pearl of high value, for a mysterious woman under the name of "Marie." Little do they know that this simple case, would get them entwined with danger.

All in all, it was a really good book, which I would recommend to anyone who likes a good, simple mystery.
