The text that needs to be recites is included in English and Arabic, with romanization of the Arabic for those who can't read the script. The book comes with a set of cassette tapes (though I purchased the book without them). This is a wonderfully informative guidebook.

my brother recommended this when I first started getting more religious. . .it covers everything from specific parts of prayer to different types of prayer and the occasions during which they are appropriate. Additionally, it contains Juz 30 in both English, Arabic and transliterated Arabic in a compact paperback format.
