A picture is worth a thousand words... RK Laxman proved that and how. His daily cartoon in the TOI ran for 50+ years, that's a staggering number of illustrations and indicative of his acute observation and wit. This collection was published in the 1990s but what's sad is that most of the illustrations could very well be published today as commentary on current times. If he was alive today, his take on the current scenario would have been something to look forward to each day...

The book is hilarious! It's uncanny how the observations on politiicians, babus and their lots from the 80s still hold true today.

A great collection of comics poking fun at Indian politicians. Very (sadly) accurate of the state of things in India.
