Author Biography: Sylvia Branzei and Jack Keely are the duo who brought us Grosssology. Sylvia is a science educator. Garry Colby is a successful advertising illustrator making his first foray into children's books with his fun, fresh style.

Jack Keely is the coauthor and illustrator of Tuck and Tina and the Lost Fortune and other books in the Tuck and Tina series. These are the journals of a young mouse who writes and draws by dipping her tail in a bottle of ink.

He is also the coauthor and illustrator of The Whistlebrass Horror, The Whistlebrass Storm Watcher, and The Whistlebrass Clock People. These supernatural adventures take place in the strange shadowy town of Whistlebrass, Vermont.

Jack is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design and Cranbrook Academy of Art. He is the illustrator of dozens of books including the bestselling 'Grossology' series, and spends most of his time covered in ink.

My daughter got a big kick out of it. I thought he should have actually gotten a dinosaur and not some lame parrot. But whatever.
