First Corinthians

First Corinthians is a letter Paul wrote to a troubled church at Corinth, a port city in Greece, offering guidance on tissues that were dividing the community. As the church at Corinth wrestled with the tension between reflecting its culture and reflecting its Lord, Paul counsels that the way of love should guide the Corinthians' actions with one another. He urges them to live a life distinct from the ways of others, governed by the law of love and affirming the tenets ot faith.
