A solid resource, if growing a little dated. If you encounter it, much of the advice contained within is still pertinent.
A considerable proportion of this book is duplicated/updated in Ray's "The Indispensable Guide for Smaller Churches," which is a full decade more current. Both are worthy, but better to go with the newer book.
