Okay, I enjoy ultra taboo romance/smut stories and I don’t shy away from any taboos. This book is seriously taboo, so do not read this book if you cannot handle the incest trope. This is blood incest between a father and a daughter.

Now..what I liked is the author injects a level of realism into the book. A lot of times these type of stories are just fantastical scenes with no real basis in reality. Pure smut. In this book, there is a clear effort to bring in moments of realism, and those touches of realism help sell the elements of the story for the better. It ups the smut factor too because you get more of the danger, secrecy, and deviance involved. Plus, they get caught at the end. Very good cliffhanger and now I have to read the rest.

First off it was way too slow burn for a story that only has like 52 pages. And there was some major OW moments, which I don’t like. And lastly, but not least the guy was just a fucking asshole. He open hand, slapped her so hard in her face that she had red welts. I’m sorry, but that’s not sexy at all. He also almost choked her out in like a mean way not in a sexual way. He was just an asshole and that ruined it for me.
You couldn’t really feel any love or anything coming off of him towards her at all. It was just sex to him and I didn’t like it.

First off let me say this book is a taboo, incest dad and daughter book so if it’s not for you then don’t read it. But if your like me and like taboo kinky books then this book is for you.

The story and chart of this book is so good the writing is really good and it has a story not just kinky smut. This book is about Charlie who has a crush on her newly single dad since the mom left them. And the dad is of course trying to be a good dad and not reciprocate the same feelings as his daughter has for him. Not going to give spoilers but this book is so good 🔥🔥🔥 and OMG the ending!!! It ended in a Cliffhanger and I was not expecting the end, can’t wait to read book 2 In the series. It’s a novelette not a whole book. Will be reading book 2 next 😏😉

This had the tension that taboo books NEED in order to work but at the same time, it was also insta-lust that didn't mesh well with the storyline. Charlie from the jump wanted Dane but he didn't.. and then suddenly he did and I didn't like that. The cliffhanger was nice and so I'll have to read the next book to see how this ends.
