If there is one thing I hate, it's false advertising. And if there's another thing I hate even more, it's when false advertising causes me to pay for something I would usually never pay for because I find it disgusting and disturbing.

And this book is the best example of just that. Because this book contains the story that is advertised on the back cover as well as another one - a shota one. I don't read shota, I don't want to read shota, I honestly don't think shota should be published at all, but IF they do think it should be published, they better put some kid of warning or at least some indication on the cover. And that picture on the back doesn't help me much, really. Taken out of context, it could be a picture of the couple on the front when they were younger or something.

Ugh. I usually enjoy Kaori Monchi's works a lot, but the first story left a very bad aftertaste in my mouth, so that I couldn't enjoy the other story at all (and to be honest, that, too, wasn't up to "High School Love" standards).

Meinung:
Zunächst einmal finde ich es wieder einmal tierisch lustig, wie im Klappentext, der übrigens natürlich auf dem äußeren Umschlag des Mangas steht, nur die eine Story des Bandes beschrieben wird. Es handelt sich hier nämlich um zwei gleich umfangreiche Geschichten. Die fehlenden Informationen beziehen sich auf die Story um Wakana und Takashi. Ich kann nachempfinden, warum viele gerade diese Story nicht mögen: Takashi ist ein Kind als Wakana und sie sich schon küssen und dann ein Schüler, als ihre "Beziehung" beginnt. Das Ganze ist also etwas grenzwertig. Allerdings geht die Initiative auch eher von Takashi aus und alles mutet einvernehmlich an. Man muss diesen Manga definitiv nicht gelesen haben, ich würde hier eher die Hauptreihe der Mangaka "Highschool Love" empfehlen, wenn man auf expliziteren Content steht.

This was my first encounter with Kaori Monchi's work. I later picked up her most popular serie after I read this. Wagamama Kitchen had enjoyable stories that where pretty funny at times. Monchi's artstyle is really lovely, with was what made me pick this title up. I don't regret it at all!
