Rate this book
One of the most exciting developments in business today, Enterprise Resource Planning offers a wealth of opportunities for increased productivity by bringing a company's many different systems together into one large integrated system. To make sense of this new technology, Concepts in Enterprise Resource Planning examines enterprise software in general, rather than focusing on one particular package. Readers will learn how ERP software can improve the functions of a company, how it can streamline operations, and how the functional areas of any package relate to each other. This book conveys necessary information in a manner that is easy to understand and easy to apply to a future business career.

Excellent and well written book explaining ERP systems - using the SAP software package as a reference. I like the short chapters in this book, which allows key ERP concepts to be quickly grasped over a few pages. Also, the chapters are well organised, ensuring that the student actually understand the material presented.

Highly recommended.
