This book is filled with great content, tools, and activities that will help any instructional leader grow in the feedback process and ultimately guide others in growing as well. As a “feedback fanatic,” I found the information to be interesting and confirmatory of my own beliefs about feedback. The reason it gets four stars instead of five is because it is riddled with grammatical errors, which I found distracting.
