Loved reading through the entire bible in a year, it showed me how much mercy and grace God has. No matter how many times people turn away, God keeps reaching out, forgiving, loving and helping.

I like the background information about the women in the bible this edition gives. The inspirational quotes are all right.

The side notes often have very good additional information, both historic and from other parts of the bible, however, I can't compare it to another study bible since this is my first. I couldn't agree with some of the side notes since I thought they were theologically inaccurate but that is open to interpretation..
