Only read the Nightwing and Superman stories.

Nightwing is stopping some smugglers when Speedy drops in and helps.

Turns out Roy needs Dicks help. And only Dick this time.

Roy has learned that Cheshire has been hired to assassinate certain ambassadors to stop a treaty.
The first hit is in London.

As they prepare, Dick tells Roy what really happened when he split from Batman.

Cheshire sees Roy with her intended target. She’s had enough of his interference and even being the father of her child will not be enough to save him…

The council discusses killing Superman because he threatens their ‘consortiums’ way of life.

They know they also need to make sure Culpepper cannot reveal anything about them to anyone else.

Clark sets Galt up in his apartment then Superman begins his investigation.
