This was published back in 1995. Really, what more is there to be said? The prices certainly don't apply, and science does much better now at recommending food for diabetics that aren't 80% carbs. No pictures, fairly boring recipes...not really much to recommend it. I do, however, like the menu suggestions they gave. Not that I'll use them, but they were an interesting place to start in the planning process.
