Ever since I read 荷塘月色 in Middle School in Suzhou PRC, I knew that 朱自清 will be my favourite author for life. I found his writing soothing and deeply touching. I hope that one day I will be able to finish this book, a collection of all the works of this great Chinese literary master... ... my Chinese being so poor now.
