Wit and Wisdom
Alan Balter’s poems are a delight. Often, when it’s a down day, dark and rainy. I take them out for a quick read. The result is my mood is lifted, and I have a few laughs, maybe even a chortle or two. His writing helps to balance out all the bad stuff around us.

Wow! What a hoot! In contrast to moody and sad poetry, Alan’s work is really welcome. His humor is unique, and it’s great to see some good old fashioned rhyming poems. I have completed a few reads, and I laugh out loud each time. A fine piece of work.
