I am loving this book--the pictures and information are fabulous, and every recipe I've tried so far--blueberry muffins, chile rellenos, and macaroni & cheese--have been delicious. The recipes are a little involved, but the ingredients are easy to find or things I have on hand, and the results have definitely been worth it.
