Liam’s selfishness led him to commit a crime against the Prince several years ago. He’s gotten away with it until now, but the Prince has methods to force a confession.
Prince Briar says he doesn’t want a thoughtless toy that feels nothing, but his actions prove otherwise. Every punishment and lesson is designed to chip off a little more and turn Liam into a shell that only obeys and serves.
Escape is the only option if he wants to keep any part of himself.
They are not quite realistic (I know it's fantasy, but there should be some basic rules one can't ignore). Sometimes they are laughable. Sometimes you don't even know how to categorise them.
One of the MCs is an abusive assh*le and/or a criminal, but thinks he has a right to judge. The other MC just won't shut up and you feel like beating him senseless yourself or at least lending the other MC a hand... or a gag, or both, maybe a straight jacket, too.
So, you are contemplating (at best) DNFing, or (at worst) throwing your device across the room. And still you keep on reading. As Ron Weasley put it, one "...would suffer but be happy about it."
Liam, you poor thing. I think he's on the point of no return now.
Spoiler I guess...
I suspected it before but the Prince isn't all fairy. I'm not sure how that works out (it's the mother, but there's something else about this because theirs no smoke when they do it). Maybe its because he’s half and that cuts his ability to collect as much but he's definitely using Liam for more than bedroom fun. He's gotta be part demon.
One review for all three so far. This is pretty damn good and I love a character thats morally wicked but might be redeemable. Only time will tell, but the scenes are amazing and Prince Briar isn't cruel just cuz.
