Excellent!
Sudden Future engages the reader from beginning to end. A young man faces life's transitions and unexpected challenges, and must put aside his ego, giving himself permission to love. Barbara G. Tucker is a talented writer who conveys complex emotions on the literary page in a believable, heartfelt manner. Her characters are well-developed and so real they become part of your life by story’s end. Beautifully written, fast-paced, and captivating, I read this book in a day—Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this story of a man suddenly charged with caring for a young girl of five. The author did an excellent job conveying how overwhelming caring for someone can be, especially when it's unexpected. Well-researched, the story is well paced and is hard to put down.

Hooked from the beginning. The story moved along with enough suspense to keep me turning the pages late into the night.
