J. John is an evangelist in England who has preached on the Ten Commandments in a relevant way to millions over many years. He well explains how the ancient Ten Commandments can be understood and applied today, and he uses lots of illustrations from both England and America.
I used this book as a primary resource in developing a sermon series on the Ten Commandments. It's the best contemporary approach I've found. (I read a paperback edition.)
