Not sure what else to say except that I enjoyed it and loved how sweet this story is. Leo is adorable and loves seeing her be the one who "saves the day" so to speak. Also continuing to love Takumi and Claire's steady-going friendship with it seeming like it could be more.
Honestly surprised that no one has mentioned that Takumi should marry Claire to get rid of all the marriage proposals. LOL! Maybe soon enough with how things ended?
Definitely still enjoy this series and would recommend it if you're looking for a dog manga!
Claire continues her quest to find if there are any wild fenrir still in the woods near her home. Takumi uses his newfound skills to help and learns more about this world. They find something unexpected in the woods, and upon their return from the quest, Takumi also gets to meet Claire's father.
Even though there are some battles with more sinister fantasy creatures in the woods, overall this story is a laid-back, feel good adventure that's pretty low stress. What they find in the woods is cute , and the book helps serve to further character growth and world building too. An enjoyable read.
Notes on content: Language: Maybe 1 or 2 minor swears, there weren't many at all. Sexual content: None Violence: There are some battles with mean monsters (more implied than shown), some receive minor injuries and another creature is hurt pretty bad, but thanks to Takumi's new skills the good guys are all ok in the end. Nothing is very gory. Ethnic diversity: Takumi is Japanese. The people in Claire's world seem to be Europeanish. LGBTQ+ content: None specified Other: Claire is stressed out by how focuses her dad is with finding her a good marriage match and dreads him coming just because he'll talk about it again.
